| Regular | $60.00 | Complete layout access following property owner guidelines, operate trains alone after exam and orientation, may rent available storage space, operate club owned trains, newsletter, voting on all matters before membership, eligible to hold office or chair committees. |
| Associate | $36.00 | Access to property only with a Regular member, operate trains alone after exam and orientation, no voting, may not store trains on property, newsletter. |
| Family | $84.00 | One Regular member plus a spouse & children under 18 living at home, who enjoy the same privileges as Associate members. |
