Membership Class	Annual Dues	Description
Regular	$60.00	Complete layout access following property owner guidelines, operate trains alone after exam and orientation, may rent available storage space, operate club owned trains after qualifing, newsletter, voting on all matters before membership, eligible to hold office or chair committees.
Associate	$36.00	Access to property only with a Regular member, operate trains alone after exam and orientation, no voting, may not store trains on property, newsletter.
Spouse	$10.00	Spouse of a regular or associate member. Access to property only with a Regular member, operate trains alone after exam and orientation, no voting.
Child	$5.00 each	A child under 18 living at home with Regular or Associate member. Access to property only with member parent or other regular member acting as responsible guardian for visit. Age 15-17 may operate trains alone after exam and orientation. Engineers 14 and under must have adult engineer on train.
Family	$84.00	One Regular member plus a spouse & all children under 18 living at home. This class best for families with three or more children.
