We normally ship all orders within 14 days of receipt. Backorders sometimes occur and we will contact you as to what you would like done with the order at that time.

If an item is discovered to be defective, please return to us postage paid for exchange.

Gift certificates are redeemable only through Turner Model Works and cannot be combined. One gift certificate per order.

There is a 20% re-stocking charge on all returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Delivery Charges - Charges will be the actual Shipping Cost (contact us for a quote) + $5.00. International orders are shipped via Air Mail or better. Shipments are subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
