Fill out an Order Form in Either Adobe.pdf format or Word.doc Format:
Now Taking Visa and Master Card, call with card info.
Internet - We do not
have online ordering at this time. But, we do accept email orders to speed the
processing of your order. You can then pay by
www.PayPal.com our seller I.D. is
fecrr@mindspring.com or just print out the Order Form and mail in your Check
or M.O. We will start processing your order as soon as we get it and will wait
for the payment to arrive to ship out.
Phone - Orders may be
placed by phone (423) 462-2228 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
with payments by Visa or Master Card or then mail in a check or M.O. or you can
also pay by
www.PayPal.com
Credit Cards - Please call with
your Credit Card info for the safest transaction. If you prefer to email/fax the
info please split it up in two emails/faxes with Name, Address, Phone, Email
Address, Card Type, Card #, Expire Date and Security Code.
