    This building is a scaled down version similar to one in downtown Kansas City Missouri (variations of it have been also seen in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, St. Louis, Seattle and other larger towns across the US that were built in the late 1800s through the beginning of the Art Deco era). The windows included for this side are the same size opening as Grandt Line Window part #5234. This was done intentionally for those modelers that may wish to replace them on their own.

    There are a number of flat surfaces that allow either signs for the store names or additional detailing such as SS Ltd or Grandt Line cornices. OR they may be left plain to represent concrete, marble or aggregate.

No HO Scale Layout ,including HO, HOn3, HOn30, HOn2 1/2, and Proto: 87,
should be without this Great little Structure.

Fits just about anywhere!

All with the ease of building a few pieces and painting.

Great Building for the modeler that has done one or two of smaller kits or a nice addition for the advanced Layout Builder.
