Lou Bartig is both an author and a very talented scratch-builder of locomotives and rolling stock. His model of a On3 K-27 won Model Railroader’s 50th Anniversary Grand Prize. While Lou does have a layout under construction, the prime feature of attending his open house will be to have an opportunity to see and talk with him about the many scratchbuilt O and On3 locomotivies he will have on display
