"Cordite & Flat River RR"

The Cordite & Flat River is a fictitious narrow gauge railroad located in Colorado during the 30’s. The narrow gauge interchanges with a standard gauge RR connecting it to the rest of the world. The narrow gauge section is a point-to-point operation with one part mining and the other logging. The standard gauge section is a loop with a four track hidden yard to store made up trains. The layout is approximately 30ft.x 17ft. and is almost complete. It features a scratch built, seven-foot long logging trestle and a scratch built model of the Devil’s Gate Bridge of Georgetown Loop fame. The scenery runs from knee height to above the head. Greg Gray did the backdrop. Digitrax control system is used throughout.
